Performance of the Arab Jewish Community Center Chorus at Wolfson Medical Center

On January 29th, a performance of the Arab Jewish Community Center Chorus took place at the entrance of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unity at the Wolfson Medical Center.

Around 30 children and parents from Angola, Iraq, the Palestinian Authority, Tanzania and Uganda came to see the concert. Everyone was very excited about the event.

15 Arab and Jewish children sang songs in Arabic and in Hebrew. They sang peace songs and children's songs. They gave musical instruments to the children and parents who sang and played with the chorus.

Everyone was very emotional and happy and the children danced and sang. At the end of the concert the chorus children gave sweets to all the sick children and a smaller group went into the ward to sing a few songs to the children who couldn't leave their bed.

We would like to thank the Arab Jewish Community Center and its director, Ibrahim Abu Shindi for their support.
