Esty received her M.A. in Expressive Therapies, specializing in Movement Therapy, from Lesley University U.S.A., her B.A in Contemporary Dance Body & Art from the Academic De Paris Universite Rene Descartes, and her license as a Creative therapist from the Israeli Ministry of Health.

She practices therapy at Save A Child's Heart - Wolfson Medical Center, as well as in private practice and lectures for the Ministry of Employment Commerce and Industry, Israel. She also presented her work at the international conference, Imagine: Expression in the Service of Humanity, Creative Approaches to Dealing with Conflicts in Groups.
