Revital was born in Israel in 1972 and studied nursing within the framework of her compulsory military service.
She took an officer's course followed by one year's training in pediatric intensive care nursing at Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheva.
After she was discharged from the army in 1994, Revital began to work at the Wolfson Medical Center where she became one of the first staff members of the newly formed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Revital has been the Deputy Head Nurse in the Wolfson PICU since 1999. In 2006 she completed her second degree, an MA in Management and Nursing.
