The Save a Child's Heart (SACH) international photography exhibition – From Art to Heart – was displayed at the MaRS Centre Atrium in Toronto, Canada, from September 15-25, 2008.
A reception took place on September 17, 2008 to launch the exhibition. The reception was attended by over 350 people including Dr. Sion Houri, Head of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Eli Gross, SACH Israel curator and Debra Silver, SACH Israel board member.
Guests had the opportunity to hear the SACH story from representatives of SACH Canada and to see for themselves how this exhibition highlights the positive connections being made between Israelis and the rest of the world.
Toronto's photo exhibition gathered hundreds of visitors, including group visits from schools from all around the GTA. The exhibit proved to be an absolute success and is reflective of all the hard-work put forward by SACH Canada.
The Save a Child's Heart (SACH) Photography Exhibition is a joint project of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and SACH, launched as part of Israel's 60th anniversary celebrations. The Exhibition is travelling around the world in five copies: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia/Asia and Africa.
